<p>Abrasive compsn. for cosmetic use comprises: 40-60 pts. of a binder which is viscous but has flexible properties; 20-30 pts. of conventional nail varnish and 20-30 pts. of fine particles. These are esp. SiO2, Al2O3, corundum, pumice, sand, etc. The compsn. is produced by intensively mixing the binder and varnish and then adding the abrasive in a second step. It can be used to produce skin care prods., e.g. brush backs, sticks, pencils, etc.</p> |
