<p>The present invention provides .alpha.-aminoalkanoic acid arylamides having the formula R'(CH2)n CONHR .............(I) wherein R represents a phenyl or naphthyl group which can be substituted with a halogen atom, or anitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxyl, hydroxyl, acetoamino or lower alkoxycarbonyl group; R' represents an amino group and n is an integer of from 4 to 8 which have a blood platelet aggregation inhibiting effect, and are preventive and therapeutic medicines for thromlosis in encephalo- and cardio-vasculer system. The present invention also provides a process for their preparation.</p> |
