PURPOSE:To remarkably increase the irrigation ability of a garden tree pot and simultaneously maintain the water content of the pot constant to supply the water in an amount depending to natural environments by immersing one end of a belt-like water-conducting member and bringing the other end into contact with the soil in the pot. CONSTITUTION:When a garden tree pot 10 is placed on an irrigation container 20 containing an appropriate amount of irrigation water W and a plant is cultivated, a penetrated hole 12 is formed in the bottom 11 of the pot 10. One end 31 of an appropriately long water-conducting member 30, such as a felt cut into a belt-like shape, absorbing water by a capillary phenomenon and formed into a belt-like shape is passed into the pot 10 through the penetrated hole 12 and extended into the soil in the pot 10 in the diameter direction of the pot 10 and the other end of the water-conducting member 30 is immersed in the irrigation water W in the irrigation container 32. |
