摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an alloy recycled material by effectively removing carbon from a carbon-containing magnet alloy that is generated as scraps, sludge, used magnets or the like of an R-Fe-B based permanent magnet.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a carbon-removed R-Fe-B based permanent magnet alloy recycled material, a carbon-containing R-Fe-B based permanent magnet alloy is subjected to hydrogen pulverization, then is subjected to first heat treatment at a temperature of 600-900°C in a hydrogen gas atmosphere at a pressure of 100 kPa or more, and further, after the pressure of a processing environment is reduced to 10 kPa or less, is subjected to second heat treatment at a temperature of 1,000°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
