forming a combination of an aniline monomer, an oxidant, water and an organic solvent at a frequency of 15 Hertz to 2000 Hertz; subjecting the combination to acoustic mixing at a frequency of 15 Hertz to 2000 Hertz to form an emulsion; and recovering a polyaniline from the combination.
