PURPOSE:To prevent the leaking of gas with a sufficient amount of liquid secured and with the operation of a sealing body secured, by using a female mold having two surfaces which are continued at the central protruded part at the bottom of a groove and a male mold, wherein a concave part is formed so that a protruded parts are provided at both side parts contacting the side walls of the groove. CONSTITUTION:At the bottom part of the groove 7a of the female mold 7, the two approximately semicircular surfaces 7c are formed so that they are continued at the central protruded part 7b. At the end surface of the male mold 8, whose width is approximately equal to the groove 7a, the circular concave part 8b is formed, so that the protruded parts 8a are contacted with the side walls 7a1 of the groove 7a. When a capillary tube 2 is placed in the groove 7a of the female mold 7 and compressed by the male mold 8, a compressed part 2a is formed in the central part of the capillary tube 2 by the protruded part 7b, and compressed parts 2b in the reverse direction are formed on both sides of the compressed part 2a by the protruded parts 8a. |
