The appts. for piercing an arcuate workpiece comprises a frame, and an index table mounted on the frame and selectively rotatable about an axis. The workpiece is mounted on the table by a holder extending upwards from the table near one edge and a clamp carried at the upper end for releasably engaging one portion of the work piece. The clamp is swivelly mounted to the holder. The punch is mounted to the frame and includes a portion selectively movable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the index table to perform work on the workpiece in a different location at each rotated position of the table.
