The intensifier (1) is intended to amplify a low energy input pulse for the contactor switching action. It is in the form of a component of the contactor (2), with which it can be snapped onto a support rail (3). The intensifier has a two part housing and a circuit board. The circuit board has its terminals held in a snap connector in the housing upper part which fits over the housing lower part. The circuit board terminals, including connectors to the circuit board, are in the form of a one-piece stamped member.
