Decorative film for wall tiles - comprising thin transparent polyester coated with adhesive and finely printed in four colours

A decorative film, particularly for bonding on to wall tiles, consists of colour-printed transparent polymer film, coated on one side with adhesive. The film is pref. polyester and its decorative pattern is printed in esp. fine (pref. 60 mesh screen) four colours. The film produces marbled and ceramic texture effects with the colour of the background showing through to complement the decorative effect. Printing can be flat bed or offset. Pref. a 0.05 mm film is printed with glazed type colours and coated to give high wear resistance, e.g. with acrylic resin.
