The container has a base (1) which supports the internal bag lining and two sides (2) and (2') and a lid (3) parallel with the base. The lid has a slit (4) at one end to hold the bag lining filler nozzle in position. The container is fitted with stiffeners (7) and (8) on the lid and (5) and (5) and (6) under the base. The lid is hinged to the sides with corner hinges (9) and latched on the opposite face (10). The filling nozzle is fitted with a groove which fits on either side of the slit in the lid. The base is arranged to rest at an angle with the horizontal to allow drainage of the bag lining.
