Heat reclamation from waste water - uses collecting tank, heat exchanger, and heat pump to heat water

The process is for the recovery of heat from the waste water from buildings. The water is collected in a tank, heat is extracted using a heat exchanger and is transmitted to a flowing medium. The medium is circulated from the exchanger to a heat pump and back through the exchanger. In the heat pump, water is heated to a higher temp. and either used as industrial water, or for other heat producing purposes. The water heated in the pump is passed as cooling water through the radiator of an IC engine, driving the heat pump, and subsequently through a heat exchanger for the engine exhaust.
