摘要

PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure X rays of the low-ray-amount rate as well as to reduce the leakage of dark currents due to the thermally electromotive force of a detection element and the noises of a sense amplifier, by installing a plural number of radiantray detection elements and the sense amplifier extracting their outputs in the a rtight sealed box in which dry air has been sealed.
