PURPOSE:To prepare the investiment plan of satisfactory production efficiency by providing a means to prepare parts information, a means to determine an attention order and a means to obtain a completion order and preparing the investiment plan from the completion order and a parts supply order. CONSTITUTION:A processing part 9 inputs lack order information 1 and prepares parts information 3 and a processing part 10 selects an applying rule 4 out of an order sequence determining rule group 2. A processing part 11 determines a priority order to the order of the lack order information 1 according to the rule 4 and prepares applying order sequence information 5. A processing part 12 applies reserve parts to lack parts according to the information 5 and checks whether a parts supply rate is 100% or not. The order to be 100% is deleted from the information 1 and additionally registered to an applying completion order information 6. A processing part 13 couples part supply information 7 concerning the order, to which the lack of a commodity is eliminated by normal processing, with the applying completion order information 6 and prepares an investiment plan 8. |
