PURPOSE:To improve the flatness of the rolled steel plate, by controlling a pair of roll bender depending on the difference in the distance between the upper and lower intermediate rolls' journal positions and the center line of the roll stand, in the six-stage rolling mill where the movement of the intermediate roll in the longitudinal direction and the roll bending are combined.
