The bracket mounts multi-core flat cables in a stack on the wall of equipment housings. The bracket has two parts: the lower part consists of a U-shaped piece, and the upper part of a bridging clamp. The outside surfaces of the arms of the U have downward-pointing serrations. The ends of the clamp have holes with ratchet teeth extending into them that engage with the 'U's serrations. These ratchet teeth can be released from the serrations by flexible levers on the sides of the clamp. (The cables are held between the clamp--which slides down over the U -- and the top surface of the bottom of the U). The U fixes via posts, and holes to the housing wall.
