<p>1524904 Lighters ETABS GENOUD & CIE 11 May 1976 [5 June 1975] 19432/76 Heading F4F A pressure regulator for a gas lighter comprises a filter 7 constituted by a porous membrane 7a held between two chambers, an upstream wetting chamber 11 and a downstream evaporation chamber 9, the filter being used in its non-compressed state. The membrane is made from polyolefins having a molecular structure, i.e. polypropylene or polyethylene, a fibrous layer 7b may be welded or struck to either side of membrane 7a and chamber 11 is formed in a plastics support 8. A flap valve 13 is supported in a valve member 14 urged to close the valve by a spring 16, the valve body 5 is formed from two parts 5a, 5b, adjustably screwed in the valve body 5, a foam filter 19 and a support washer 21 are provided; the liquefied gas being supplied through channel 4 and radial passages 22.</p> |
