PURPOSE:To secure an addition of the offset value to the counting output value, by applying the output of a counter which uses the rectangular wave or the pulse row for the input signal to one input terminal of an adder and also applying the output of the gate circuit which is opened/closed by the input signal of the counter set freely to the other terminel. |
