The wall mounted block frame consists of a base with retainer frame having an insertion start which is positioned inclined to the base. The angle between base and retainer frame is between 10 and 20 deg. The internal configuration of the insertion slot is basically identical to the outer periphery of the partially opened scissor blades. A top lid is provided to fit over the insertion slot, the lid being fitted with a snap on fitting. A self adhesive foil is applied to the rear of the base. The complete frame is made of rigid plastics. Fixing holes may be drilled in the base frame.
