<p>Hot water is delivered to a number of heaters in a central heating system by a distributor made from a length of square section tube (1). This is closed by end plates (3, 4) through which passes a smaller square tube (2) which protrudes from one end, this forming the supply connection (7). About half way along is the return connection (8) which communicates with the space (6) between the inner and outer tubes. Also connected with this space is a set of connections (10) for the heaters. Connected onto the inner tube is a similar number of connections (9) fitted with valves (11) for the heaters.</p> |
