PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a worker in terminal connecting work by turning up a base extended part to form an elastic contact part integrated with a base part, and providing a movable support piece in such a manner as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the base part. CONSTITUTION:The both sides of the bottom wall of an electric contact part 1 is cut off to a box terminal body 2 to form a base part 3 having vertical flexibility, the top end of the base part 3 is turned up and extended to form an elastic contact part 4 having spring property, and a terminal contact part 5 is formed on the upper wall of the terminal body facing the elastic contact part 4. A notched channel 7 is provided in the longitudinal direction to the both side walls 6 of the terminal body surrounding the elastic contact part 4, and the movable support piece 8 is movably fitted to the notched channel 7 in opposition to the base part 3. Thus, by inserting a male tub terminal 15, the male tub terminal 15 is made in contact with the elastic contact part 4 to push down the base part 3. Hence, even if the size of the terminal 15 is enlarged, the terminal insertion can be easily conducted, and a proper terminal contact force can be obtained. |
