The controller has a centrifugal tachometer with weights. A slide is controlled by the tachometer weights. A fixed sleeve with holes in its wall, in which the slide moves. A restoring servomotor with integral action, controls the slide and is provided with a cylinder, and a hydraulic channel connects the servomotor cylinder with the holes in the fixed sleeve. The controller has an auxiliary piston (32) dividing the hydraulic channel in two parts. Springs (51, 52) press on the piston (32) towards the equilibrium position against each other. A throttle (35, 34) is hydraulically in parallel with the piston (32).
