An aerosol can, for dispensing a medicament particularly for insertion into the mouth, is fitted with an attachment which gives an audible indication of the discharge of the spray. This is particularly useful when the device is used for children or infirm persons. The attachment has a front tube (1) through which the spray is discharged, with a shoulder forming a spigot (2) which fits inside a rear tube (6). The latter has a hole (7) underneath so that it can be mounted on the operating button (4) of the can (5). Inside the rear tube is a ring shaped seating (8) inside which is mounted a vibratory reed which gives the audible warning.
