<p>An expansion bolt for attachment in a cavity which is threaded at its outer end for cooperating with a nut and at its inner end is in the shape of a cone. A transition part of the shank of the bolt having a reduced diameter with respect to the shank is surrounded by a longitudinally split expansion sleeve one edge of which is directed to the threaded end of the bolt and is continuous and oval and the other edge of which is directed to the cone and which is split into a plurality of pointed tips, some of which are longer than the others.</p> |
