A device for guiding workpieces 8 in the rotating cutter head 2 of a scraping or roughturning machine comprises guiding rollers 9 mounted in pivoted holders 10 and adjusted on to the workpiece 8 by a sleeve 13 having a plurality of separate parts 13a that are movable axially relative to the part 13 by screwed spindles 14. The rollers 9 may all be adjusted together by bodily moving the sleeve 13 axially by means of a worm 19 and worm wheel 18 or individual rollers 9 may be adjusted by means of the screwed spindles 14. |
