<p>A method of testing printed circuit boards enables rapid and complete test, detection, and location of short and open circuit faults in conductor paths using simple test devices partic. suitable for electronic test control. All points on the conductor paths between which the tests are carried out are loaded with fixed resistances. In a defined procedure of measurement a defined series of deviations from the sum of the connected loads is determined. From this the fault type and location can be determined.</p> |
