<p>The cylindrical cell shell contains an annular cathode of the thyristor disc, surrounded by an insulating centering ring. The cathode of the thyristor disc (21) is pressure contacted by a disc (22) at the cell flat bottom (111). A second contacting disc (31) forms with a shoulder (311) in the edge surface and a radial slot in the contacted face, as well as with a through longitudinal bore (313), a current tap of the anode. A plate spring (33) is used for pressure contacting of the anode. The anode contacting disc is connected to a lead part (32), brought out through cell lid (42), by a solder layer (L). A second plate spring (231) is inserted in an annular recess (112) in the flat bottom, coaxial with the cathode contacting disc. Suitable clamping, using an insulating disc, provides contacting of the control electrode.</p> |
