A pair of parallel levers are pivotally connected at their ends to a platform for lifting and lowering of loads. The levers are connected at their other ends to vehicle. One of the levers (12, 13) consists of two hinged connected parts. Stops (21, 22) are provided for limiting the rotating movement of the components relative to each other in one direction. The levers of each pair are arranged one above the other. The articulated lever with two parts forms the lower one. The pivoting axis at the ends of these levers are parallel to each other.
