Phase and frequency stabilising circuit - couples converters output to input signal for broad-band frequency converter

The phase and freq. stabilising circuit, for a broadband frequency converter, has the phase-stable output signal of the converter coupled to the freq. divided input signal via the oscillator frequency. The oscillator frequency may alternatively be frequency divided. If two oscillators are present then both their output signals are coupled together, whether frequency divided or not.
