1497615 Moulding room cells SILER AG 4 April 1975 [5 April 1974] 13977/75 Heading B5A Room cells are moulded between inner and outer forms 19, 2, 4 that are retractable from the cell after casting, by members 17/5. The cell is raised by a ram 11, and moved away by wheeled carriages 15 engaging a supporting frame 13. The external formboards 2/4 are moved by rods 5 engaging guides 7, between positions determined by an adjustable thread 6. The internal form boards are moved between stops by columns and linkages 17, there being several forms 19 to define several interconnected cells. The form boards undergo substantially horizontal movement when retracted. The wooden, plastics or metal forms are mounted in a pit 9. The cell is cast, vibrated and heated from concrete embedding reinforcement, doors &c., and a ceiling member is cast in position or embedded. Concrete is supplied by the carriages 15. |
