<p>The insulator is for mounting indoors and outdoors, and has a hollow insulator element with an umbrella and a variable length stem. The insulator has at the lower side of the umbrella at least two bead-like reinforcements at an axial distance from each other, of which the inner is somewhat lower than the outer forming the edge of the umbrella. The insulator stem end and the umbrella underside are so shaped, that several elements can be joined together, with the top element possibly provided with sealing systems. An insulator element (3) is connected by its stem and with the cable end box (8), and one or several similar elements are put on it. A stem (20) surrounding the cable insulation free end and corresponding to the shaft (2) of an insulator element, is connected to the last insulator element.</p> |
