The helmet with movable visor described herein avoids having to use both hands to move the visor. Said integral helmet comprises a visor (11), held in the raised position by an elastic means and provided, on its internal surface, in the central lowered position, with a projecting tooth (11'), and an elastic metal strip (15), its upper end being bent to form a hook (16) and being pulled downwards by an elastic means (17) attached to the central part below the aperture of the structure (10) and provided with a button (18) which projects from said structure (10).
