<p>The water flush operated by a float consists of a casing, with an internal membrane, fixed to a vertical wall of the water tank. The membrane acts between two coaxial chambers which allow inflow and outflow of water respectively, and has a spherical boss with a base dia. slightly less than the dia. of the outflow chamber and depth slightly less than its radius. The outflow is reduced progressively and the membrane always provides an annular orifice. The outflow chamber is horizontal and cylindrical and its outlet has converging walls forming a long, narrow vertical opening.</p> |
