The equipment removes germs and poisons from liquids by means of anodic oxidation, having two main electrodes insulated from each other in a housing with liquid inlet and outlet, connected to a voltage source and forming between them a space through which the liquid flows. In this space there are mounted auxiliary electrodes, insulated from each other and from the main ones and spaced apart. The auxiliary electrodes are circular plates, combined into a packet and rotated by a motor about a central axis, and spaced apart and parallel to each other and at right angles to the axis. The fluid is directed between them from the periphery inwards, and discharged via a passage passing through them in the axial direction, in which there are ports between the plates.
