<p>The device for folding longitudinally a material supplied continuously in the form of a strip, and in particular a net, comprises at least one tubular component (3, 3', 3''), which is bent substantially at right angles, and is attached by its base ends to the fixed part (4) of a work bench (1). By means of its fixed part (4), the component (3, 3', 3'') forms an isosceles triangle on which the net (2) is stretched and centred, such that the apex part of the tubular component coincides with the mid- point of the net. In order to complete the folding below the component (3, 3', 3''), there extends along the entire height of the latter and parallel thereto, a pair of rollers (5) which are spaced apart, and which are aligned parallel to the orthogonal plane which continually passes through the mid-point of the net being folded. <IMAGE></p> |
