<p>The hinged joint for hollow tubular parts (2, 3) comprises a hollow axle in the form of a chain link (1) whose cylindrical form matches the internal cross-section of the parts. Thus the link lies with its lateral leading edges (1a) on the inner surfaces (2a, 3a) of the parts. The gripping edges (2c, 3c) of the link consist of angled laps on the tubular parts with the laps positioned at the distance from one another corresponding to the intended angle of adjustment of the hinge. The edges of the tubular parts adjoining the hinge form stops which limit the angle of adjustment. A spring-loaded locking element (4) in one tube (3) can engage in a row of catches (5) on the link.</p> |
