PURPOSE:To eliminate such drawbacks as easy remaining of bubbles, difficulty in obtaining transparent glass body, uneven temperature distribution in the surface of laminated body, difficulty in conttolling the rate of doping, etc. by providing an angle between the flow direction of plasma flame and the growing direction of the soot laminated body.
