PURPOSE:To transfer significant state change information when state change takes place frequently by comparing the storage content of 1st and 2nd storage means with state change information transferred precedingly separately with a 3rd storage means, storing the information when they differ and clearing the content of the 1st and 2nd storage means. CONSTITUTION:A 1st storage means 101 stores it when a detection state of a monitor object changes from a normal 1st stage into an abnormal 2nd state and a 2nd storage means 102 stores it when the object changes from the 2nd state into the 1st state. A 3rd storage means 103 stores the state change information different from preceding transfer state change information among each storage content of the storage means 101, 102 for a longer period than the sampling period and clears the storage means 101 or 102. A transfer means 104 transfers the different state change information stored in the storage means 103 to a host device 105. Thus, significant state change information is transferred without overlooking a one-shot state change while avoiding overload of the host device when state change takes place frequently. |
