<p>PURPOSE:To heat a flash getter evenly with the high frequency induction heating by forming supporting materials of a circular elastic holder and a ring flash getter as insulative supporting materials except one. CONSTITUTION:When a ring flash getter 10 and a ring elastic holder 11 having the cavity are connected with one conductive supporting material 12, since no high frequency induction closed circuit is formed except for the getter 10 because of the high frequency applied direction against an arrow 13, the whole of the getter 10 can be heated evenly. The getter 10 and the holder 11 can be also connected with one conductive supporting material 12 and one insulative supporting material 17 at multiple places. The getter and the holder can be also connected with multiple insulative supporting materials at multiple places. In these cases, no high frequency induction closed circuit is formed except for the getter 10, and the whole of the getter 10 is heated evenly, and the predetermined quantity of the getter can be flashed from a whole.</p> |
