The lever-operated clamping ring is secured on one clamping-ring end (8) by means of an attachment (1). The cheeks (2) of the attachment (1) have longitudinal slots (5) for a securing split pin and also have a boss (7) at one end of each longitudinal slot (5). Pivotally mounted on the attachment (1) is a clamping lever (4) with cheeks (9). The cheeks (9) of the clamping lever (4) likewise have longitudinal slots (11), which are considerably longer than the longitudinal slots (5) in the cheeks (2) of the attachment. The longitudinal slots (11) in the clamping lever (4) permit a large opening travel of the clamping-ring ends (8, 13) without the need to extend the said clamping lever. <IMAGE> |
