PURPOSE:To make the electric current between a unit cell and a pipe for taking out a liquid electrolyzate nearly zero and thus prevent the electrolytic corrosion of the cell proper by providing an electrode in each pipe or common pass so as to maintain a difference in electric potential of the liquid electrolyzate between the vicinity of the taking out hole and the taking out pipe at a low level.
