<p>The vertical sides of the pool are formed by panels. The grounds is first excavated, with vertical sides for the hole. Each panel has a horizontal edge at the bottom facing inside the pool. Holes in this edge have pegs pushed through them into the ground. The panels are anchored at the top by means of horizontal bars secured to the vertical panel flanges (10a) by pairs of interlocking wedges (16). The horizontal part of each bar has a hole at the end for an anchorage peg extending into a dug-out trench filled with fresh cement. After assembling the vertical edges of the panels a U-section strip is placed onto the upper edges of the panels. The strip has a groove into which fits the edge of the liner.</p> |
