<p>A simple electronically controlled delay switch is for industrial application. The switch can be connected directly between the power switch and the load concerned without the need for separate power supplies. The delay switch can be a single input single output (2) pole or two input two output (4) pole device. Basically, an input potentiometer (8, 11) is used to step down the supply voltage when it is switched on (1), and to apply this to an electronic delay circuit (10) supplied by a zener diode pair (9). This feeds a signal to a triac power switching out put stage.</p> |
