摘要 <p>An apparatus for recovering tritium which is dissolved in a lithium smelt of a nuclear fusion reactor consists of a block or body of a material which dissolves tritium at the temperature and partical pressure conditions of the Li smelt and which is resistant to liquid Li. The block, typically shaped as a disc or annulus, is brought into contact with the lithium in a chamber and then moves (typically by the disc revoluin of) to a second chamber where the dissolved lithium is removed from the disc. The pref. material for the block or disc is NL or V. Very low concns. of the tritium in the Li, esp. 10ppm can be effectively removed. A much smaller contact area between the dissolving material and the lithium is sufficient.</p>
