Motor vehicle door lock system - operates locks with cam by actuating one door lock cylinder

The motor vehicle door locking mechanism has independent separate locks. These locks are actuated by an internal knob and additionally by a front door locking cylinder. Each door is protected against breaking-in by an internal arrangement preventing pulling out of the depressed locked door securing knobs. Each lock mechanism has a centrally actuated releasing stop. One of these stops is operated by a lock cylinder. Others are operated by a central changeover mechanism (16) so that the doors cannot be unlocked when a door unlocking knob is depressed. The cam (5) of the locking element (3) ensures that doors can be opened after lock cylinder has been released.
