<p>The microwave oven with a swing down door (21) at the front, and with pyrolytic cleaning for cooking chamber (21) has a base frame (11) carrying a high frequency generator (3) each side of the cooking chamber. Each side of the door is a front sheet and two side sheets attached to them are also attached to a single rear sheet (15). Another sheet (16) covers the top. The door swings open by swinging about hinges, carried by bearing blocks secured by bolts to the base frame. On the end of each bolt is secured an arm attached to a tensioning cable. In the open position of the door, the travel of the arm is limited by an overhang of the bearing block.</p> |
