PURPOSE:To improve largely the mixing efficiency of a method of adding and mixing small amount of gas with large amount of gas completely by mixing the small amount of gas more than 10% of total gas amount with the large amount of gas to sufficiently mix the small amount of gas to be added completely with the total gas.
