PURPOSE:To allow the control of noises by oscillation at a straight pipe part, by setting an attenuation mechanisms for oscillation to the intermediate part of the length of the straight pipe part nearest to a bending pipe part, in a liquid piping with the long straight pipe part in the upper and lower directions communicated with the bending pipe part.
