PURPOSE:To provide apparatus for prmoting the mixing of fluids, wherein a guide plate for guiding a fluid at the outer peripheral part of a conduit pipe to the central part thereof, and guide plates for guiding a fluid at the central part of the conduit pipe to the outer peripheral part thereof are provided in said conduit pipe thereby achieving a specific degree of mixing in the short conduit pipe. |
