PURPOSE:To permit accurate detection of defective state by the provision of a circuit, which acts such that when a defectiveness occurs in a process it memorizes new factors attributable to the defectiveness and also normal process conditions by confirming the defectiveness and judges the memorized information until the indication is reset. |
