<p>This invention provides a humidity sensor comprising a humidity sensitive film which consists essentially of a reaction product of a chlorine containing polymer and a polyamide resin, and two electrodes applied to said humidity sensitive film. The electrical resistance of the humidity sensor decreases as the humidity of an atmosphere under which the humidity sensor is placed increases. The humidity sensor has high stability, high sensitivity to humidity and rapid response to the change of humidity.</p> |
